Freeway 5 Pro and Express lets you create templates for use in Blogger.com. Design your page as normal, insert a couple of Actions and upload. Your custom blog is ready to go. Just add content.

Very well done. I already knew how to use this action but didn’t realize I could create my pages as I created the link. You learn something every day. :)
I just finished watching this nice video, and like Walter I too would like to know more about the importance of Table Layout in this design. Since Walter posted his question on September 26th with nary a reply in sight, can we expect an answer anytime sometime soon, Paul?
As you know, layers will overlap as content grows vertically. Even though you can control to a certain degree in Freeway where the size of content is a known quantity, you have no such luxury when content comes from a database.
You could wrestle with a 100% inline layout to achieve a similar effect, but I don’t recommend this as Freeway makes working this way very difficult.

Really nice screencast. Can you elaborate on why the page must be set up in table layout rather than layers?
